Do not know about Orchard Road, but United Square Mall in novena is almost dedicated to children and babies. 2 MRT stations
My advice, do not shop at Orchard Road at all if you can. Most stores are very expensive. If you do not mind being rip-off, by all means. Yes, go to Novena Square, Goldhill. Take the MRT (mass rapid transport - train). Only two stations. Very comfortable and air conditioned the whole way. Or would you take a taxi, the price very reasonable and very safe. Hope this helps! You can pick you up at the mall on Orchard Road and the Forum Shopping Mall in Singapore dedicated solely to children.
