What can you do if a company charged my MasterCard, but have not delivered the product.? I am a U.S. citizen living abroad now. I ordered a product on February 9 and they charged my MasterCard $ 133.00 that day, but have not yet delivered the product.
They have not responded to any of my emails and when I called them first could not even find all the documents and now they say we need to check if my MasterCard is authentic.
I ordered from them once before and even then they sent after repeated requests.
This cause me agony and pain and I want to know what I can do more than ask my MasterCard to remove the charges I'm sure they will, but I do not want this company get away with this kind of behavior fraudulunt.
Thank you.
I think talking to your credit card company that you dispute the charge based on the fact that they do not and can not tell you when the shipment will be made is the best answer.
In the future, I think three times to do business with them. It will save you a lot of anguish and pain.
Call the company and do a cc chargeback or threaten the ompany will you do a chargeback, I work in an online business and business costs of chargebacks A lot of money! their first call and threaten and see what they say.
