Make Invitations

What is the best computer program to use to make invitations for my party school so I can print and send to family / friends?

Do you have Microsoft Publisher? That was a real part of studies to model it calls for its use. Seems pretty well too.

PS to layout, I guess Adobe PageMaker would be great - but it is also possible for Photoshop.

If you have the Vista program OneNote, it is 100% the best, it helps something like this, unless you have Publisher, haha.
