Holiday Gift Bags

I am responsible for making bags of 50 gifts for the holidays for my Christmas party for children 1-11 and I do not know what to put inside. "I get a budget of $ 5 and has to include the bag I put them in. I just thought a brown paper bag and decorate with a snowflake stamp and ribbon. But what do I put in it?? Please help! Thank you

Go to a dollar store and navigation. This could give you some ideas. Also, check Oriental Trader.com. They have a lot of things for children that you can get cheap in large quantities.

Make the bag is a great idea!
Buy stuff in bulk for example, candy, bubble baths, separate them and put them in bags of loads.
Cut and color puzzle magazines and newspapers and include them too.

I think you would have to be divided into age groups as 1-3, 4-7, 8-11. It would probably be easier to make gender neutral bags. There is a site called "Oriental Trading Co." which sells low charges goodie bag in bulk. You may get holiday-themed toys, pencils, erasers, stickers and coloring books, candy. They have tons of things to choose like that.
Another idea would be to see that the bulk stores like Costco or BJs in your region. If all else fails you can fill them with candy and a small box of crayons with coloring book or a 99 cent toy from a dollar store.
