Gourmet Food Catalogs

I am looking for a retail store specializing in gourmet premade, ready-to-eat meals that I can pickup my return from office for the day or week.

I know that most grocery stores have premade meals and a few upscale grocery stores such as Whole Foods, offer meals prefabricated, but I recently found "DreamDinners" that allows you to allow time to prepare to go meals for the week in 2:00. That's fine but I do not have time for that. I do not want to order something from a catalog or the Internet to be delivered to me, since I do not trust something that I do not see or taste of my own eyes.

It made me wonder if there are stores that specialize in nothing but gourmet meals premade 4-star that I can visit. If anyone knows of any shops like this in their country, state or city, please let me know.

Try Eatzi. Not only meal they have gourmet premade that you can warm up, but they also make fresh sandwiches and salads. You can select the pieces of meat and grill it for you while you wait. A big bakery supplies from rods pies. Great selection of wines as well. I highly recommend it.

For the price you can afford something like this, it may be useful to recruit a chef or a nutritionist who cook for you personally.

Why do not you hire a personal chef because you want a meal a day, the chef can make 5 meals and put them in your refrigerator or freezer for a very reasonable price. you can tell him what to cook or he can use his own ideas .... I used this service when I had to go to the hospital and that way I knew my husband had good meals during my absence. They are listed online and in the directory.

The Cellar at Macy's Herald Square in New York did, but they sell other things too.

Some chain restaurants like Applebees have services that allow you to order food and pick up on the road.
