I bought the exercise equipment in a shop. They did not send all the material I bought.? I tried contacting them by phone and e-mail, but they do not respond to calls or emails. What recourse do I have? It has been over a month since I ordered. I live in Florida, the online store is an important facility, but headquartered in California. It is the name of fitness eruption.
If you paid by credit card, you can file a complaint by the credit card company and they will demand to refer the matter. Be ready to send the items they refer you.
I do not know if you have this service in America, but here I would go to citizens advice
you can file a complaint with the BBB, but that only put a hit on their records without revealing why, you can contact your attorney general of your state, they can help with correspondence and the societal pressure to conform to transaction, contact your credit card company, they can sue the fraud case, and I would like to contact someone in the local media, one of those trying to expose the company did wrong - the pressure from the media always makes the caves - Nobody likes to look bad on the tube.
