How can I make my own wedding invitations embossed? I really want to make my own wedding invitations. I am also writing on the inside to be highlighted. Can I do with a Cuttlebug or Cricut machine or similar? Can anyone recommend a machine and maybe give some advice? Thank you!
Neither of these machines are for cutting, embossing step.
The only way to emboss the interior is to use a wet market (or a stamp with the wording of all on him), then pour embossing powder over it and Heat settlement. I emboss a lot and it is not just a good idea. The writing is too small and thin for embossing out right. Dry embossing does not work either. Wet or Dry embossing is a lengthy process.
Years ago when I worked in the bride's actual words in relief where very expensive to have invitations.
even on the website below it does not look like the current wording is highlighted.
