Collage on paper gift box to work? I tried to disguise a shoe box in a gift box by gluing glue school shoe box, but they were found to be wrinkled. How can I make it look more elegant? Should I use a different glue or wrap different? Thank you in advance
Glue stick is by far the easiest way to do it, and it does not wrinkle the paper.
why not buy a box of the bank
I've done this before too. Yes, it becomes wrinkled. Would be kind enough to tape what you do? In this way, of course it would not get wrinkled. Hot glue worked for me too, it does not wrinkle the paper a bit, but not as much as the glue Elmer does.
Rubber cement will not soak into the paper like glue school glue or other water-based, but it is very smelly, so be sure to use it in a well ventilated area.
Double-sided mounting tape may be better, it does not cause wrinkles and you do not need to wait until it dries.
They can be found where the scrapbooking supplies are sold.
A rigid wrapper not wrinkle as much as tissue paper.
If there are a few wrinkles, you may be able to hide them with ribbons or other trimmings.
I had a pretty good result with contact paper to cover the boxes. You can usually reposition if you get bubbles in it. The hardest part is finding a style you like!
You must use double sided tape. Glue the paper wrinkle.
