Disposable Espresso Cups

Disposable Espresso CupsTravel mugs Are "unhealthy?"?

Does my classes, I rely on the Barnes and Noble coffee give me my tea. On many nights, I can go through two or three cups. Multiply that times two or three nights a week and a lot of waste. They allow you to use the same cup (including travel mugs) for hot water (or coffee, espresso drinks), because it is not hygienic. This was particularly irratating after buying one of their travel mugs and they will not let me use it again that night. I told the manager that I find it very unnecessary, but they insisted it was their company policy for health reasons. Is this a legitimate argument? This cafe serves pitchers steel to heat their milk and they do not move their drinks (for good or bad). I order tea, which does not involve anything related to the cup.

Sounds like bullshit to me. If it is so unhealthy, how come almost every other coffee shop allow you to use a travel mug when you want it?

Just start bringing your own teabags.

I agree it seems stupid and unnecessary, but it can be a health issue for some people. Germs can be easily transmitted and some people are just flat gross. Maybe they should offer a car wash for those who have their own cup? I know that in local coffee shops I go if it is not too busy, it offers the mine wash for me if I get a refill. I do not know how it could be solved, but I'm curious to know what others are saying.

I do not think they are unhealthy, but the rules can not be taken by them, they could be made by the Ministry of Health. If they want people to lose their paper cups, it's their problem.

I ran into this moment to ask someone in a cafe to fill my water bottle, I was shocked.
This argument is not valid because of the fact that they still manage client funds.

I do not know, it's probably a health regulation governing the question they must comply. Much like buffets that requires you to use a new plate every time you return. Although it is easier to understand this particular rule.
