Custom Styrofoam

Is there a place where I can send a detailed plan of an object that I want done and they will cut polystyrene?

I remember waaaay back to my years of community college I had a class cast aluminum. We had to train our molds styrofoam first. I remember using one of these electrical units that were starting to get lit charcoal in a barbecue. It looked like the unity you see attached to an electric stove, except he had a big loop element me warm enough. It melts the Styrofoam beautifully shape you want.
