Ah, the circus, that magical spell that casts over us to the discovery of large, colorful circus posters on billboards, TV commercials and advertising of daring young circus performers on the Flying trapeze followed by tons of thundering elephants circus scene and Carrying smells freshly baked corn, sawdust, and circus tents.
The arrival of the circus meant the opportunity for many a child to work for their free circus tickets by helping the circus get ready. Maybe they took a bucket of water for the circus animals or helped carry parts to the circus tent. Whatever the task, these lucky souls were going to see the circus acrobats, circus animals, clowns and funny those old circus circus artists under the circus tent for a once in a lifetime experience.
Nothing is more fun to families across this great country that the circus in America. For over 200 years, the public was amazed with the sounds of the first steam engine pulling the circus train into the city until the lights finally went out late at night. Nowhere else can you find the rhythm of eight strong backs swinging a sledge hammer sixteen books in a sequential unison to drive the five inch round wooden tent stakes into the ground only a short time.
Teams of horses, elephants, tractors, trucks and all pulled wagon after wagon off of circus trains were so large it took steam and diesel locomotives pull four separate sections of the circus train in your city. Vintage Circus has 1500 workers, circus performers, musicians, circus animals, and personnel management to make one day in your town the most fantastic day to remember for a very long time.
The circus is a world of wonder when he arrived, unloaded, started to grow slowly and created a whole new town with its own generators with a full-time staff restaurant, create their own electricity, doctors and veterinarians, postal services, legal counsel, news services, blacksmiths, mechanics, Wardrobe personnel, designers and choreographers. The circus world was completely self-sufficient and even included a circus school for children on the show to pursue their studies.
The advance crew for the circus was here two weeks ago now. They had their own circus train car that was decorated like a giant circus poster. Grand circus like Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus have no less than four cars in front ahead of the circus to promote the arrival of the circus. The circus poster came in many sizes showing circus animals, circus performers, different featured circus acts, circus tents, and the circus train sometimes all on the same bill. A daub of Circus posters covered large areas of a barn or fence making the circus signs throughout the city.
The mass inside the tents flapping of canvas, was found the mysteries of the world that was only read in books or magazines, but never seen in person before. The strange, odd, curious about the world were there to see. People with rubber skin, girls allowing electricity to pass along their bodies, sword swallowers, fire eaters, natural oddities, and magical illusions were here for a glorious day and one day only.
At the zoo big trip or a menagerie of animals were exotic parts of the world and right here at home. Lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes and elephants were almost circus when the circus would come to town. So they brought more than expected, as the rare and unusual white elephants of Burma, or the most terrifying creatures ever known like Gorillas, hippos, rhinos, elephants or sea water Buffalo.
The morning activities usually included a fine circus footing.
