Buxx Card

I want to sell things on eBay, but the only card I have is a visa card which apparently buxx a fee for adding money. Does anyone know how or if it works in Paypal?

You can register any bank account or credit card as a funding source in Paypal. That is what prompted to save your ebay seller account.
