Why not fast food companies goes completely green using 100% biodegradable containers / cups / cutlery? McDonald's is a few years ago the movement where they tried to be more "green" by abandoning their Styrofoam containers in place of paper cartons /. With their sloppy sandwiches, these cartons / recycled paper ever because of contamination of food, so that the trash piles up STILL fast food meals. Why not go to these places with a more environmentally friendly alternative? There are elements made entirely from sugar cane, corn, wheat that can be plowed right into the ground after use. Why does not Obama force of these companies are both waste landfills and start using biodegradable packaging / silver? Prices are not really higher than ordinary packaging, and businesses offer the same biodegradable discounts for larger orders. Why this technological break through such a secret still?

Cost to much .. They use every means to minimize costs so that people buy their products.
Sure would be nice if they use biodegradable products for shock comes in the soil when people throw them out the window. Then we would not polystyrene, plastic bags and food containers over the side of the road as it is now.
Because things that are "green" and "organic" are far more expensive. And they like to enjoy as much as possible
You said it yourself, the price is close, but even pennies kill the bottom line, when you deal with the volume of McDonalds. If you are really interested in any health, money, or ecology, so you should probably make fast food more the exception than the rule. If fast food is your need to find fast food that does the best job with what you feel is important and let your money (business for them) and a few emails to their representatives marketing speak for you. They tend to listen closer to peolpe like that now almost anyone can get a blog and a few thousand followers.
i a i are green, smoke green, eat green, I have two sets of clothes, both hand made from hemp, I wear everything I'm washing the other. I take what I can take off ...
im literally leaving no carbon foot print, I choose not to live lost in space, I choose not to drive a autobomination, I do not consume energy, I do not eat everything that I do not push I do not have "money" I do Guy fashion items or meaning.
I take only what I need from the earth, and it really just seeds and water. the earth takes care of me, so I take care of the Earth.
SOLUTION: hemp. All. and I repeat, ALL paper products can be made from hemp, one acre of hemp can produce as much paper as 45 hectares of trees. but think, how long does it take to grow a tree. Hemp requires only eight months to reach maximum !?!?!! 9ft ftw?!
Plastic Bottles "laptops, Xbox Controllers, TVS, CDS, CD cases, plastic bags ,.... anything plastic can also be producesd from hemp, through the cellulose in hemp.
the world is saved .. Too bad that the government knows it, but do not care, I'm not even going to start ethanol, lets just say they care more about themselves and money there, not you and yours.

They use plastics made from corn because it packages and cups
Fenacelle lol, I guess you never miss an episode of Glenn Beck ... It is the system in place. A system that employs thousands of workers producing plastics, foam containers, and all synthetic. Somehow, I doubt DuPont and 3M will allow its lobbyists to sit down when everyone goes green. These people want to make money. they are honest hard workers like the rest of us. A transition like this will never be easy, its the same reasons we do not grow hemp to replace TEXTI.
