Hello, White Rose used to sell this type of craft supplies. But I think all the stores have closed their doors. So instead of looking for baskets (too specific), the search for Wholesale Suppliers ... craft / retail.

I look for suppliers would be on the craft or head down to Chinatown and buy a bunch there.
