1 / 4 cup (1 / 2 stick) butter
1 cup onion, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic tablespoon chopped finely
2 tablespoons flour
1 / 2 cup chicken broth
1 / 2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 / 2 cup feta cheese
1 tsp tsp Italian seasoning
1 / 4 cup plain yogurt
1-10 oz package of spinach leaves, stems, cut into thin strips
1 / 8 c. teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper

Melt the butter in a pan 10 inches and add onion, red pepper and garlic. Cook over medium heat until softened. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Whisk in broth and whipping cream. Continue mixing until the mixture thickens.
Add cheese, seasoning, yogurt, spinach and hot pepper sauce and stir until spinach wilts and mixture is hot. Add salt and pepper to taste.

16 chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped
1-1/2 cups broken small pretzels
1 / 3 cup raisins
1-1/2 pounds of chocolate, broken into squares
2 cups candy (M & M's, candy corn ...)
