Instead of buying several kits, buy products in bulk. Fancy it yourself with the computer graphics hand stamps, whatever. http://www.thepapermillstore.com/pages.p ...
Since you need so many, why not buy a custom digital design, then you can print them yourself on paper of your choice.
It is a place called Gramkin Paper Studio, one of my friends used. In addition to current calls, they also do custom digital calls, if you can email them and then pay for the digital file (they will create / design for you), then they send that to you and you can print even if you or take to Kinkos or a local printer.
They are fast and very affordable and they have very nice designs ...

Walmart packages that you can print yourself. Just add a photo black and white couple up and print the text below. Or you could do the same thing with heavy boxes and envelopes of normal size. Nobody will think twice about the quality (or lack thereof) of the inivitations.
if you want I could help u to design the invitation for free. (Good for my wallet)
And you could try to print on photo paper. And send
If u interested send me an email xxchantiquexx@yahoo.com and send me some styling details like what u do and u want to have the image of the parents included, etc.
If you do not mind doing the editing, you can save $. invitesite.com try.
Make your own, that's what I did for my in-laws 50 years. They turned to Nice and will cost about 25.00, I had the paper in a paper outlet store. I used a wedding photo for the front.
